Abigail Slater is 17 years old and attends Lakewood High School. She is a member of International Rainbow for Girls, Beth Scott Memorial #210. She has held many offices and received many merit bars during her 4 years as a Rainbow Girl. At school, Abby maintains excellent grades and is on the Honor Roll. She is a member of the Lancer Band and is visiting Spain this spring with the Spanish Club. At Church, Abby is active in youth group and enjoys helping younger kids with their youth programs.Abby was recently selected to attend a UN seminar with the State of Ohio Christian Youth Fellowship Disciples of Christ. Abby has also been active in the Licking County 4H program and has been a member since age 6 as a Cloverbud. She has had livestock projects since age 9. Abby is currently employed at Clay's Cafe in Hebron Ohio. Abby is the female recipient of the 2017 Excellence in Youth Award presented by the Grand Lodge of Ohio. Evan Scott Willeke is 17 years old and attends Northridge High School. He is a member of Moundbuilders Chapter, Order of DoMolay. Evan has held the offices of Master Councellor and District Vice President and is currently serving as the 4th District President. Evan has received the Past Master Counselor-Meritorious Service Award and Representative DeMolay. Evan is a Junior at Northridge High School where he plays football, wrestles, and is on the Northridge Lifting Team and a member of the school spirit team. He is a member of the FFA and has served as Student Advisor and has been the Parliamentary Procedure Team President. Evan has been a member oof Buckeye's Best 4H Club since 2008 and has served as President and Secretary. Evan is employed at the Messerall Tree Farm in Alexandria.
